Your Responsibilities for Success:

• • Provide accurate and complete information during the will creation process
• • Review your completed will document carefully before execution
• • Follow the state-specific execution instructions we provide
• • Store your executed will documents securely and inform your executor of their location
• • Update your will annually or when major life events occur
• • Consider attorney consultation for unusually complex estates (over $5M)

Account Security

• • Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials
• • Use strong, unique passwords for account protection
• • Enable two-factor authentication when available
• • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access

Prohibited Uses

• • Providing false or misleading information in your will
• • Using the service for fraudulent or illegal purposes
• • Attempting to reverse engineer or copy our software
• • Sharing account access with unauthorized users
• • Interfering with service operation or security measures

Liability Limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VaultMinder's total liability for any claims is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based.

Your privacy and data security are fundamental to our service. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.
